for the price, you cannot beat the quality in this drum kit..kids will love this set. DO NOT buy a FirstAct drum kit from walmart or toys r us..thinking its the same quality or that it looks better. this kit has real drum hardware, sounds amazing (after tuning), doesnt take up too much space...also FYI it does come with a kick pedal they dont list it..the only thing it doesnt have is the drum throne...bought this for my 2yr old & he loves this thing..probably gonna upgrade to the pulse junior 5 piece soon or combine the two..the only kid on the block with a double bass kit lol
