This Tama Imperialstar 8-Piece Double-Bass Drum Set comes complete with drums, hardware, and a full set of cymbals. This drum set is huge. Thats its main selling point. The 100% poplar shells are alot like birch in sound and attack but they have little projection and a bit less tonation. This can be aided into better sound projection and a minor tweak on the tonal quality by using tung oil on the interior plys of the shells. If using just tung oil I would recommend 3 to 5 coats for each drum or if you get one of the tung oil/varnesh mixes do 1 to 3 coats. But honestly I personnally feel its much better to get a smaller birch or maple set and expand upon it rather than buy a big set that you will end up wanting to replace later.
